Seagrove at Carolina Beach

Seagrove is a new beach community located in a maritime forest on Pleasure Island. Consisting of Carolina Beach, Kure Beach and historic Fort Fisher, Pleasure Island brings back the feel of small town friendliness.

Seagrove is nestled on the coast of southeastern North Carolina just south of the city of Wilmington. Secluded yet easily accessible to Interstate 40, making the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area and I 95 just a few short hours away. Also close by is Highway 17 providing north/south access along the Carolina Coast.

The community at Seagrove provides traditional urban neighborhood designs while promoting relaxing coastal community living. The sidewalks and lamp post are reminiscent of a by-gone era. Alleyways behind the homes reduce vehicular traffic and increase safety along the streets and sidewalks.

A year round pool and clubhouse are just 2 of the amenities available to homeowners. The clubhouse is fully furnished and includes a kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Beach access and parking are available at the Golden Sands Hotel. Seagrove also has a conservation area located within the neighborhood. All of this is located just a few short blocks from the beach.

Adding to the feel of yesteryear, “The Cottages” offer affordable homes in the style of beach cottages from the past, starting in the low $300’s. The builder is currently offering 6 floor plans from 1,500 – 2,200 square feet.
